*Classes are subject to change due to registration numbers and coaching availability.

*There is a Horizon Registration fee of $25.00 that is charged once per year (July 1 – June 30), per child.  This fee is not included in the above prices.

*Horizon offers a family discount of 5% when registering 2 or more siblings.  Please note that the family discount does not apply to the $25.00 registration fee.

*Registration cannot be accepted without payment in full.  Spaces cannot be held.  Registration forms must be signed on or before the first day of class.  Income tax receipts will be provided upon request.  There will be a $5.00 charge for any duplicate receipts.

*During the first two weeks of class partial refunds will be issued.  After the second week of class, there will be no refunds made.
